His secood wife left him and after feftj made diligent search tor her he was, as btr thought, reliably imformedthat shewasdeM* So he married a third wife. A few days aflg| he was given notice that his second wife bt£ tiled suit agamgt him for divorce at Ter*hfc‘ Haute. Tuesday he filed a petition to harp** his last marriage declared void. This hoen done and he will attend the divorcecat It is understood that when thia divorce granted that he and his third wife will again.
