Oakland Observations.News is very scarce in our part ami times dull. Not much wheat being marketed on account of low prices ami bad roads.And now report comes of the marriage of W. T. Spillanc to Miss Hose T. Egan, a lady from Casselton. As Billy Is so well and favorably known to all in this vicinity, It is safe to say that all wish him and his bride a long and happy life wherever they may be.
