Jean Paulsen, daughter of Mr.and Mrs. Wilken Paulsen of k Granville, and James Nilles of I San Diego, son of Mr. and Mrs. k Ted Nilles of Remsen. ! ‘Rev. N. J. Becker officiated at the double ring ceremony,, and assisted by the high school choir with Sister Marion at the j organ.Ushers were Steven Paulsen,’ brother of the bride, and Har-lan Borchers of Remsen.The bride was gowned in ’ white lace and tulle. The lace bodice was designed with a sabrina neckline, edged with sequins, and long tapered sleeves; The full bouffant skirt of tulle was floor length, with lace and sequin appliques. Her fingertip veil of illusion net fell from a matching pillbox hat trimmed with sequins and pearls. She carried a red poin-settia with lilies of the valley on a white missal.*Dorothy List, Sioux City, friend of the bride, was bridesmaid. Linda Paulsen, sister of the bride, was junior bridesmaid. Thev wore identical red brocade sheaths, with matching red head nieces, and car-♦ried heart-shaped bouquets of white carnations and streamers.The bridegroom was attended by his brother, Tom Nilles, and Ronald Paulsen, brother of the bride.The dinner and reception for 170 guests were held in the parish hall.The bride is a graduate of St. Joseph high, Granville, and Stewarts School of Hairstylingin Sioux City. She was employed at Ann’s Beauty Shoppe inPanllina. jiThe bridegroom is a gradu-; ate of St. Mary’s high, Rem-, sen, and Electronic school in; I sChicago. He is employed at Convaar in San Diego.The couple departed on New Year’s Day for their home in California.
