Fatal Accidents on the Wedding Day.—Several accidents occurred on Mondeyin the immense concourse of persons assembled in tho public thoroughfares to witness tho rejoicings and illuminations in honour of the Royal marriage. The numbers of people congregated in St. JaraesVpark between Buckingham and St. Jaraos’s-Palac?, was enormous, and as tho Royal cortege approached,there was a terrific rush,and numbers were knocked down and trampled on. Mr. R. Franklin, of Long-acre, was taken up insensible; his skull was fractured, and be was otherwise fearfully injured. He was removed to Cbaring-cross Hospital. Mrs. Dawson, ofSoufchampton-strcef,ClerkenweU,was also frightfully injured, and her daughter, Jessie Dawson, was crushed to death. Mrs. S. Newton, of Edward-etreet, Regent’s Park, was knocked down and trampled on, and lies in Charing-Cross Hospital, without hopes of recovery, as also does Mrs. Eliza Davis, of Upper St. Martin’s-lane. A great many persons were admitted to Westminster Hospital and St. George’s Hospital. On Monday night, while viewing the illuminations, near London-bridge, Mr. Josephs, of Middlesex-streefc, Whitechapel, was knocked down and run over.
