The marriage of Mary Elizabeth Ulrich, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Keith Ulrich of Colony and Mr. Albert Smoot, son of Mr. Ira Smoot, of rural LaHarpe was solemnized Sunday morning at 9 o’clock at the Methodist Church by the Rev. Lee Dickey. They were attended by the groom’s brother and wife, Mr. and Mrs. Glen Smoot of Topeka. Both are well known among the young people of the community and have a host of friends who extend congratulations and best wishes tothem. ;
