MUIEO 33 YEARSThe Aged Couple Today Put AsunderBy Legal Process.In the Circuit Court today was presented the spectacle of a couple that had been wedded thirty-three years, with a family of grown children and grandchildren, seeking a severance o their marital relations.The case was Nancy Newkirk vs. James M. Newkirk, petition for a divorce. The couple have resided for jears in the vicinity of L#eesvillef an the snows of 60 winters have kissed the locks of each. In her complaint for a legal separation, Mrs. Newkirk Alleged her husband had been guilty of cruel and inhuman treatment. He, it is alleged, attempted to strike her at one time with a stick of stove wood. Judge Wilson granted the decree afterhearing the evidence.
