DERR-BALDY.David Derr, clerk at Ward’s Shoe House, and Miss Lizzie, daughter of P. R. Baldy, were married at the residence of the bride’s parents on Thursday afternoon last in the presence # of a large number of invited guests. Rev. U. Myers performed the ceremony. Mr. and Mrs. Derr left on the 4:37 p. m. Penn’a train on a week’s trip to Harrisburg, Philadelphia and New Jersey. The platform of the depot after the de parture of the train looked as though there had been a snow storm, so liberally had the rice been showered upon them.
