Her last furlough was on the 15th of Sept, 1944 and he holds the rank of Pvt,, stationed at Ft Sam Iloustoh, Texas.Pvt. Fitzpatrick is w'oll known to Elyrians as she is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Benjamin Fitzpatrick, of 2102 S. Oag Street, Elyria, Ohio. Before enterting the service, Pvt Lillie Mae was a riveter in a de- j | fense plant in San Diego, Califor- ( nia, where she attended the Catho^L lie Church with her husband whoj ( is also in the service. She attended UCLA, and was sent to Ft. Sam Houston, Texas, where she was at the time of the automobile accident in which she received spinal Injuries and was in the Brooke Seneral Hospital at Sam Houston, rexas, for four weeks.t
