Peter Frank Smith IV eMiss Eloise Jai kson in Lovely CeremonyMiss Eloise Jackson and Peter Frank Smith were united in holy matrimony in a lovely ceremony rlthe First Presbyterian church Wed* nesday evening. The Rev. Charles B. Swart?,, pastor of the church,officiated at the single ring ceremony. Tall white tapers, twined with smiiax, were placed in theback of the church and were used to form an aislcway to the altar.The bride was beautiful in a long white sat in gown trimmed with sequels. She wore a white noseveil over her white satin turban. Her olbow-lengih gloves were white kid and-she wore white satin slip-oers. Mis Jackson carried a love-ly arm bouquet of large Talla lilies.The maid of honor, Miss MaryLou Smith, wore a ''harming gown of pink net with accessories to match. She carried a bouquet cif pink rosebuds. The Misses Edna Earle and Mary Elizabeth Jackson, bridesmaids, were gowned in white satin trimmed with pink net. Their bouquets were pink rosebuds.C. D. Reitenour was best manand Robert Smith and Lloyd Stewart were •ushers.Preceding the ceremony, Mrs. Frank Finney sang, ‘‘1 Love You Truly,” O Promise Me,” and “I Promise You.” She was accompanied by Mrs. Hilda Robbins, organist.Out of town guests at the wed-! ding included Mr. and Mrs. A. JB. Dunning of Grand Rapids, Mich., Mr. an Mrs. Robert omith of New York City, Mrs. Ray Echols ol Richmond, and Mrs. Boyd T, Smart of Morocco, Ind.A lovely reception was held following the wedding at the homo of the brides parents. Mr. and Mrs. Elmer Jackson, Wood lawn avenue. ! Refreshments of pink and white individual cakes, brick ice cream and coffer were served.Immediately after the receptionMr, and Mrs. Smith left on r. shorthoneymoon in the southern part otthe state. The going away dress of the bride was grey satin with grey accessories. She wore a gory turban and a black coat trimmed with grey fur. The couple will reside in an apartment on east 1st street. The bridegroom is the son of Mr. end Mrs. P. F. Smith. norfh College avenue. He is employed vdth the bride’s father, Elmer Jackson, a local painter.Both Mr .and Mrs. Peter Frank Smith are graduates of the Bloomington high school and are popular members of the younger social cir--~k*.
