STALVEY-SMITHOn Wednesday evening December 22, 1915 at a quarter of six o’clock Miss Leona Stalvey of Marion, S. C., and Mr. John C. Smith of Mullins, S. C., were quietly married at the First Methodist church, Marion by the Rev. Mr. Daniels. Just a few intimate friends witnessed the ceremony. The only attendants were Miss lone Rowell of Piedmont, S. C. and Mr. Herbert Foxworth of Marion. Mr. and Mrs. Smith left on the night train for Augusta, Ga. After a few days visit they will leave for Atlanta, Ga., where Mr. Smith who is a graduate of the Atlanta Law school, will practice hi* profession. The many friends of 1 Mrs. Smith regret very much that her r marriage will take her out of the State. For by her very lovable disposition and winning ways she has endeared herself to everyone. Their friends wish for them a very happy and prosperous journey thru life.
