Beesley-Rinehart.Nothing else gives the Argus so much pleasure as giving the news of a wedding when it involves two such excellent young people as Mr. Ralph Beeslev, so well known here and the estimable bride, Della Mae Rinehart of Lebanon. The Lebanon Pioneer says it was a beautiful home wedding that was “solemnized in a most impressive manner on Christmas night, at the residence of S. H. and Mrs. Rinehart, on East Washington street, by Dr. T. J. Bassett, pastor of the Methodist church, of Thorntown. The bride was Della, only daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Rinehart, and the groom Ralph Beesley, son of Edward Beesley, near Thorntown. The only attendant was Miss Alta Martin, and Jesse Rinehart acted as master of ceremonies. Following the ceremony and congratulations a two-course luncheon was served. A great number of valuable and useful presents were received, including $50 in coin from the bride’s parents. Mr. and Mrs. Beesley begin life with the most flattering prospects and the best wishes of a large circle of friends and acquaintances. They will reside on a farm near Thorntown.”Yesterday a general family reception for the families of the contracting pair was given at the home of the groom’s parents, and in the evening, another to the many young friends. Mr. Beesley is a graduate of our High School and a successful teacher of six years experience. His bride is a graduate of the Lebanon schools and an accomplishedmusician. They were the recipients of numerous handsome presents, that would require a half newspaper column to notice. They will be at home to their friends, south-west of town afterJanuary 15.
