ftuxr: uuquesne.t-4*Love Wins Decision j i Ove* Marriage Ban i$ .............MEXICO CITY—tff)—Love won a decision over the United States state deparment’s ban against career diplomats to citizens of a country to which they were assigned.Norman Christiansen, denied permission to wed Senorita Amelia Viesca Palma when he was stationed here, was transferred to Winnipeg as vice consul. He resigned, returned to Mexico and Friday night was married to Senorita Viesca, a member of one of Mexico’s aristocratic families.Christiansen, formerly on the embassy staff here, is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Lars Christiansen of Fargo, N, D.
