ROBBINS—ALEXANDER. — The. wedding affair of Robbins and Alexander was held at the James Robbins home Thursday, At an early hour the guests began to arrive and at high noon when we were summoned to the dining room, sixty-six were present, besides some little ones in their mothers' arms. The table service could not be excelled. Mrs. Cora Robbins, sister-in-law of the groom, was in charge, and her ready helpers were experts in supplying the needs of the guests. Dr. Dwiglit Jarvis, an old school friend of the groom, was present and with his assurances that he had brought hia case of . remedies along, no one seemed to fear an attack of the gout. Those present from a distance were Mrs. Ed Douglas and her, three daughters of Mason City, Iowa; Mrs. Clayton Derby and daughter of Richland, Iowa; and Johu Kruse and wife of What Cheer, Iowa. The old-fashioned charivari was indulged in last evening and could be heard at Rose Hill, 2¥j miles away. The new home wilt be southeast of Rose Hill 2% miles, on the Robbins homestead, where the groom has prepared for the!i' coming.—L. T,
