Former Citizen of Griffin is United m Marriage to Miss StephensRev. W. Brydon, formerly of Griffin, and well known in Posey county, was united in marriage on Tuesday of last week at Grayville to Miss Cor* Stephens, formerly chief operator of the Cumberland telephone at the lattes place. . Elder D. F. Martin of th« Missionary Baptist church of which denomination the groom is also a minister 1 performed the ceremony at the parsonage, the rites being witnessed by the Martin family also Miss Zelia Johnetoa and Bert Davis of Albion. This is the third marriage for the groom and first i for the brid-^.j Rev, Brydon is pastor of the churches! at Albion and Samaria, 111., and Griffin I ^ *Ind., and some time ago moved to Albion. While located at Griffin Rev. Brydon was one of the foremost citizens and was active in ail movements for the betterment of the community, especially interested in the moral uplift of the people. He served as trustee oi Bethel township and Justice of the Peace.The bride and groom will reside is Albion, the home being previously furnished Congratulations are extended to Rev. and Mrs. W. T Brydon.
