* ♦ *Mr. William O. Mattson and Miss Olive Fr. Lodge were married last evening nt 6 o'clock at the Hume of the bride's uousia, Mr. and Mrs Arthur P. French ot ill Forest a venae. JfUdlv, Christ mas greens and flowers were the homo decorations. The forty wedding yuesis were received by Mr. and Mrs. Arthur French, Mr. and Mrs. G. Matte sun, parents of the groom. Miss Alma Duggan played Mendelssohn^ wedding march as ihu bridal party entered, and “0 Promise Me during the ceremony. M iss Bess Lister waller of Cedar Rapids, in wiike over pink, carrying pink roses, was the brldcrtuUd; Mr. Earl Tap ley of Dee Maine** was the boat man; little Ruth French. In white. cousin of the bride, was the flower bearer. Dr. Walker of tfee Baptist church performed the ceremony, using the ring service, the bridal party standing m front *r the eontfl window, which was decorated. The bride’s go veil was of white chiffon, over taffeta, real lac« trimmings, and carried white poses. Following congratulations, .t luncheon was served. Mr. and Mrs. Mat-teson are at borne after ,1 an nary 15 at Ml Forest avenue. The visiting guesto were; Miss Blanche Hill of Cedar Raptdi* and Mr, C. M. Lodge, father of the bride of Cedar Rapids.
