Corinne Wescott, of Mappsburg, Va , on December 10th, at 10:3(La. m., in the Blue Boom of the Emerson Hotel, Baltimore, Md, JThe gorgeous setting lent an enchantment to the winsome beauty of “ye Virginia bride,” who wore a traveling gown of soft blue broadcloth and seal, and carried a shower bouquet of White carnations and ferns. She was attended by her maid of honor, Miss Margaret Scott Wescott, of Washington, D. C., whocarried pink carnations. The groom and best man, Mr. Granville Perry Winston, of Texas, wore the conventional black.h Mrs. Powell is the daughter of H. A. Wescott and Mrs. Mary Underhill Wescott, deceased. Mr. Wescott was an organizer and life long director of the Eastern Shore of Virginia Produce Exchange and a brother of Hon. N. B. Wescott. The groom’s father, Dr. .1. H.K. Powell,formerly of the Eastern Shore, the brother of Mrs. N. B. Wescott, and 1' his mother. Mrs. Rachel Jones Powell, a i cousin of Postmaster General Burleson, r are greatly beloved by a host of friends in Virginia.I Mr. and Mrs. J. H. Powell, Mr. and Mrs. N. S. Wescott, Miss Margaret S. Wescott and Mr. G. Perry Winston left: on the 11:115 a. in., train for New York where they will spend a week together, then the bride and groom will return to Texas by way of Cuba and New Orleans, to reside in Bastrop, where Mr. Powell is county attorney of Bastrop.finnhflt;l
