A RECEPTION was held at the church Fellowship Hall Im-jnediatedly following the ceremony. In the receiving line were the bride and bridegroom, their parents, and the bride’s attendants.The brides table was covered with a traditional white tulle cloth over satin. Centering the table was a silver epergne holding an arrangement of white gladiolas and roses.The round, triple-tiered cake was decorated with white and silver confection flowers, the top layer holding a miniature seed-pearl heart from which hung satin wedding bells.The bridegroom’s table was covered with a rose linen cloth and centered with an arrangement of roses and carnations in a silver bowl.SERVING at the bride’s table was Mrs. Mervin Whitley, Alice; Miss Carol Bull, Agua Dulce, Miss Etta Harris, Corpus Christi; Mrs. CarolJe-an Bowen, Alice. At the bridegroom’s table were Mrs. Joe Wayne Hendricks, Kingsville; Mrs. Bill Burns, Kingsville; Mrs. Wayne Cornelius, Alice; and Mrs, Douglas Cornelius, Agua Dulce.Registering the guests were Mrs. Jerry Weathersby of Alice and Mrs. Finus Hendricks of Agua Dulce.Also in the houseparty were Mrs. John King and Mrs. Lawrence Cornelius of Alice; Misses Glenna Socgin, Kathy Blazer and Merrill McBurnett of Robstown; Miss Nita Ray Sowell of Agua Dulce; Mi^s Janie Kelly of Bishop; Mrs. J.B.Hendrick of Agua Dulce; Mrs.Ben Wilson and Mrs. Tommie Jean Harris of Agua Dulce.FOR TRAVELING the bride wore a coachman type coat-dress of black and white block print wool with black accessories and a white orchid corsage.After the wedding trip, they will be at home in Agua Dulce.The bride is a graduate of Agua Ducle High School and Is attending Texas AI College in Kingsville. She formerly attended The University of Houston.The bridegroom is a graduate of Agua Dulce High School and attended Texas AT.Guests attended from Robstown, Corpus Christi, Laredo, Crystal City, San Antonio,Benavides, New Braunfels, Falls Citv and Laiavette.
