A RECEPTION was held at the church Fellowship Hall Im-jnediatedly following the ceremony. In the receiving line were the bride and bridegroom, their parents, and the bride’s attendants.The brides table was covered with a traditional white tulle cloth over satin. Centering the table was a silver epergne holding an arrangement of white gladiolas and roses.The round, triple-tiered cake was decorated with white and silver confection flowers, the top layer holding a miniature seed-pearl heart from which hung satin wedding bells.The bridegroom’s table was covered with a rose linen cloth and centered with an arrangement of roses and carnations in a silver bowl.SERVING at the bride’s table was Mrs. Mervin Whitley, Alice; Miss Carol Bull, Agua Dulce, Miss Etta Harris, Corpus Christi; Mrs. CarolJe-an Bowen, Alice.
