MILROY VICINITYMrs. Stanley Griffith, Mrs. Tracey Edens, Mrs. Russel VanOsdol, Mr. and Mrs. Oscar Osting, sons, Mr. and Mrs. Leland VanOsdol, Mr. and Mrs. Edgar Whitinger, Mrs. Fred Addison and daughter, Pauline, Miss Margaret Huey and Mrs. Lucy Spurling were in Greensburg Tuesday.Mr. and Mrs. Clint Piper of near Gowdy entertained with anoyster supper Thursday evening when their guests were: Mr. and Mrs. Dorse Hasty and Miss ViolaArbuckle of Milroy and Smith VanOsdol of Connersville.Mrs. Frank Webb entertained with a miscellaneous shower at her home north of here Tuesday afternoon in honor of Mrs. Ray Stout, who was recently married. Forty guests were present to enjoy the afternoon. At the closeof the afternoon delicious refreshments were served.
