Blue J lace trimmed the square neckline and the cuffs on the long sleeves.. She wore a shoulder length veil with a seed pearl crown. Her J bridal bouquet was a cascade J-arrangement of blue feathered ® carnations and white baby * mums. vDorothy Koester, friend of the . ’ bride of Anamosa was the the r maid of honor. She wore a floor J length royal blue velvet skirt with cream colored blouse featuring a E cowl collar and full length sleeves. She carried a large white mum with royal blue streamers.The bridesmaids were Janet Lower of Cedar Falls and Helen Lower of Parnell. Both are sisters of the bride and were I dressed identical to the maid of ! honor. ;Rusty Clayton of Brooklyn preformed the duties of best man.Groomsmen were Ron Jackson oi New Sharon and Emmett Taylor of Brooklyn. Seating the guests were brothers of the couple,Kenneth Taylor of Cedar Falls,Raymond Taylor of Brooklyn,Michael Lower of Marengo and Donald Lower of Parnell. The 5 men in the wedding party wore . dark blue tuxedos with blue ] ruffled shirts. ‘The bride’s mother selected an 1 emerald green street length ’ dress trimmed in gold with ^emerald green accessories. Mrs.* Taylor wore a powder blue dress ‘ with black accessories. They ’ each wore a white carnation corsage.A reception in the Chamber of Commerce building in Grinnell for 150 guests was hosted by Mr. and Mrs. George Hanson, uncle and aunt of the bride. Kathy Eyerson of Des Moines held the guest book. The gift table was tended by Sherrie Pierce, Jan Evans, Jan Butcher and Diane Deveraut all of Grinnell. Mrs.Walt Szyszka of Norway and Marita Lower of Parnell cut and served the cake. Marcia Pierce of Grinnell poured. Maureen Lower,Jerlyn Donohoe and Patricia Weldon served the bride’s table.Mrs. Taylor is a graduate of the Williamsburg high school and the Grinnell college. She has been, employed at the Maid Rite cafe in Des Moines. Her husband attended the University of Northern Iowa and was employed at the Y
