Marcus T. Perry, Jr., son of Mr. and Mrs. M. T. Perry of Seattle, Wash. The ceremony was performed by Dr. F. A. Johnsson, pastor of the First Lutheran church of Maywood.Ludvik Larsen, brother of the bride, was best man. Miss Lois Scheak served as the bride’s only attendant.A reception for 60 guests followed at the home of the bride. After the reception the bride and bridegroom were driven to the Stevens hotel in Chicago by Jack Espeland. The following day they left for Washington, D. C., where Ensign Perry was stationed for two months. Since then he has been discharged from the navy.Mrs. Marcus Perry Jr. is a graduate of Proviso high school. Her husband attended the University of Washington. He served in the navy aboard the USS Portland at the time of the Japanese surrender. The ceremony took place at 4 p.m., Saturday, November 24, in the First Presbyterian church in Del Ray Beach.Young Mrs. Schroeder attended the Del Ray Beach high school and had been employed as a secretary at Gracey Brothers. She is a member of the Junior Women’s club and was active in USO work.Mr. Schroeder, who attended the Oak Park-River Forest high school, served 18 months in the army air force. At the time of his discharge he was a corporal stationed at Boca Raton field, Fla. Before entering service he was employed as superintendent and service manager for the Automatic Sales company of Chicago. The bride is the daughter of Mrs. Theresa Nicoll of Omaha, Nebra.For her wedding the bride chose a simple suit of light blue and wore a corsage of camellias.
