Theery decorated the altar of the Sacred Heart Church, North Biloxi, for the wedding Sunday afternoon of Miss Jean Ann Sey-! mour and Francis Kirby Dukon. |The bride is the daughter of Mr. i and Mrs. Frank James Seymour,1 North Biloxi, and the groom is' the son of Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Dukon, North Biloxi.Father Patrick McAlpine of-, ficiated. at the double ring cere-; mony in the presence of a large: gathering of friends and relatives.;Vows were exchanged before: the altar which was banked withj green leaves and chrysanthemums.Preceding the ceremony, organ1 music was played-by Danny Hoi-! land, with the traditional wedding marches used as the processional and recessional.The bride, given in marriage by her father, wore a Princess style gown of white satin. The bodice was made with a V-neckline and long sleeves ending in points over the hands, fastened with tiny satin buttons. Her fingertip veil of white tulle, fell from a scalloped lace tiara designed with seed pearls. The bride carried a cascade bouquet of red roses, showered with white ribbon.Miss Patricia Seymour, cousin of the bride was maid of honor and bridesmaid was Miss Joan Dell Howell, Franklinton, La., cousin of the bride. Flower girl was the groom’s niece, Darlene Thibodeaux. Dennis Seymour, brother of the bride, served as best man and groomsman was Donald Alley. Ring bearer was Master Eugene Batia.Following the ceremony, the bride and groom were honored with a reception at the St. Martin Community House where they were assisted in receiving by Mr. and Mrs. Seymour.The room was decorated with white blossoms and greenery centered with white wedding bells and streamers.j The bride’s table was covered I with a lace cloth centered with 1 a four-tier wedding cake and sep-jarated by columns. The cake, j decorated in white, was topped with a miniature bride and | groom. An arrangement of fern j and carnations encircled the cake.I Miss Fern Marie Seymour, sis-j ter of the bride, was in charge of the bride's register.After the first slice of cake was cut, it was served by Mesdames Dennis Seymour, Raymond Sev-mour, John Sekul. Howard Simons, Junius Creel. Julian Palmer. Cecil Batia. Alton Flowers,Edi Longon and Josenh Anglado,Mr.-and Mrs. Dukon left later
