Alvin Wagner, Jr. Takes Susan Fahey as BrideMiss Susan Carole Fahey of Glen Ellyn and Alvin L. Wagner. Jr., son of Mr. Alvin L Wagner of 2709 Flossmoor road. Flossmoor. were married in a recent afternoon ceremony at St. Philip Neri church. Chicago. The Rev. Edward M. Barron read the vows for the double ring service before an altar decorated with white chrysanthemums and green ferns.The bride is daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Edward J. Fahey of Glen Ellyn, and was given in marriage by her father.The bridal gown was a floor length dress of white peau styled with a slim bell skirt, scoop neckline and long sleeves. Alencon lace and seed pearls highlighted the bodice and inset on the train. The bride’s three-tiered bouffant French imported illusion veil fell from a pearl crown, and she carried a cascade bouquet of stephanotis andwhite roses.ATTENDING the bride wereher sister, Mrs. Richard Hult, matron of honor; and bridesmaids. Miss Pat Recchia, Miss Jan Johnson, Miss Leslie Kenyon and Mrs. Robert F. Fahey. They wore identical long dresses of Kelly green crepe with matching bowveils. They carried cascades of tropicana roses and w'hite carnations.The bride’s niece, MissMichelle Fahey, was flower girl and wore a floor length champagne pink dress styled similarly to the bridesmaids. Ring bearer was Edward J. Fahey III, nephew of the bride.Bridegroom’s attendants included Orlando F. Segneri of Park Forest, James B. Lund of Homewood, Terry Conrad of Des Moines, Iowa, and Daniel Narkus, formerly ofFlossmoor, now of New Lenox, and the bride’s bi others, Robert and Edward J. Fahey.Soloist, Phil Schmit, sang“Ave Maria” and “Panis An-gelicus.”Miss Barbara ClareyTell Troth ofBarbara Clarey. Y.; Palm Springs, Calif.; and Cedar Rapids,Iowa.Following a wedding trip to Mexico City and Acapulco, the couple will be at home at 1701 West 100th street, Chicago.The bride is a graduate of Glenbard high school, Glen Ellyn, and the University of Illinois, Urbana. She is employed by Edward Petry company of Chicago as an executive assistant.The bridegroom, a Bloom high school graduate, also was graduated from Drake university, Des Moines. He is chief appraiser for the Beverly bank, Chicago.
