ENGAGED — Mr. and Mrs. LeRoy Billings announce the engagement of their daughter Diane to Robert S, Lanham Jr. He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Donald R. Lehmen of Seattle. Diane, a 1962 graduate of high school here, is employed in Seattle. Her fiance is stationed with the Air Force in Mountain Home, Idaho. They plan a June wedding.
