Mary Ann Eckert Wed On Nov. 29Miss Mary Ann Eckert, daughter off Glen Eckert and the late Mrs Eckert of Effingham, be-came the bride of Francis VernonSheeley, son of Mr. and Mrs, Loren Sheeley, Effingham, at 9:30 a.m , Nov. 29, at St. Ann’s church in Eifingham. The Rev. Michael Carroll read the double ring ceremony before an altar decoratedwith pink and white mums. Whitesatin bows marked the pews. MissLenora Sauer was accompanied by Frank Sauer as she sang,“Panis Angelicius,” “Ave Maria,” and ‘On This Day Oh Beautiful Mother.’’The bride, given in marriage by her father, wore a white ballerina length gown of imported rosepoint lace and nylon tulie over bridal satin, fashioned with a full skirt of matching lace extending into chapel length. A back panel of net tell from the waistline andthe molded bodice featured a jeweled sabrina neckline. Thelong sleeves tapered to points over the hands. She wore a waist length veil of nylon, falling from a tiara trimmed with lace and seed pearls. Her only jewelry w a s a strand of pearls and earrings, a gift of the groom. She carried a white prayer book topped with pink sweetheart roses vyith pink and white streamers. The choir sang “At Thy Mother’s Feet is Kneeling,” while she dedicated abouquet to the Blessed Mother a Mrs. BUI August, sister of the bride, was matron of honor. She wore a street length gown of white Chantilly lace over turquoise taf-■ feta which featured a high neck-I* line extending into a V point in e the back, with elbow lengthd sleeves.
