Deo. 13, 135U.16.3t Guardian.Runaway in Jail.Was committed to the jail of Claiborne county, Miss., as a runaway, by Win. H. Jacobs, Esq., a Justice of the Peace in and lor said county, a negro man who says his name isFrisby,and that he is hired by L. R. Marshall, and ranaway trom his Big Black plantation.Said negro is of brown complexion, 5 feet 11 inches high, about 32 years old, has lost two upper side teeth, and’has beard on his upper lip and under his chin. He had on when committed, a white linsey jacket, without buttons, and old grey linsey pants.The owner of said negro is requested to come forward, prove property, pay charges and lake him out of jail, ar he will be dealt with according to law.A.
