J, O’Neill officiating Miss Dorothy Houlihan became the bride of Sgt. John D. Morgan, Jr., at 9J0 m Dec. 8. The bride is the eldest daughter of Mrs. Tiro Houlihan of Lane and Sgt. Morgan is the son of Mr. and Mrs. J. D. Morgan of Oakland, Calif.The bride chose for her wedding a dress of aqua blue crepe, with black accessories. She carried a sterling ^silver rosary, a gift of the groom.. Her corsage was of roses tied with pink ribbons. Miss Hope Houlihan, only sister of .the bride, was her attendant and she wore a dress of pink crepe with black accessories and her corsage was of .carnations and roses tied with blue ribbons. The groom wore the army air corps uniform. His attendant, Douglas T. Houlihan, recently, discharged from the army, wore a gray suit.Following- the ceremony the bridal party attended a wedding dinner in the Hotel Marvin Hugh-itt/ Huron.The bride is a graduate of Lane High School .with the class of 1£39. The groom was graduated from high school in Oakland and has been in the air corps for the past three and a half years.- He eocpects to receive his discharge soon. Monday morning the couple left for Oakland, where they will make their home.
