D. OTIS “TOE” SIONSOLD FIELDS, W.Va. - D. Otis “Toe” Sions, 77, of Old Fields, died Monday, Dec. 9, 1991 at his residence, following an apparent heart attackBorn April 22, 1914, in Old Fields, he was a son of the late David and Gertha (Smith) Sions.Mr. Sions was a lifelong resident of Old Fields, a farmer and a retired employee Boise Cascade Company.Survivorsinclude his spouse, Essie (Lofton) Sions; two sons, Melvin Sions, Old Fields; Weldon Sions, Bristol, Tenn.; one sister, Lillie Haggerty, Old Fields; three grandchildren and one great-grandchild.One daughter preceded him in death.
