Not in Contempt—Prime T. Coleman, residing near Fort Apache, wasbrought to Globe Friday evening byUndersheriff Frank Richardson ofGraham county on a charge of contemptof court in refusing to pay alimony tohis divorced wife. Coleman was givena hearing before Judge Nave in11chambers and the court decided that j1Coleman was not in contempt and hewas allowed his liberty. While bring- sing his man in, Mr. Richardson fell intoan old belt shaft at McMillen, severlyinjuring his sid, but he was able toride into Globe to secure medical at-1tention.c
