costly*A HUNT WEDDING” AT WALLOP.At Nether Wallop Church, Hants, yesterday, the wedding took place of Mr. Charles Compton Martin, eldest s-ori of Mr. W. B. Martin, of St. Paul’s Grove, Winchester, and Miss Alys Cannon, eldest daughter ol Mr. Tom Cannon, of Danebury, and Master of the Danebury Hounds. The service was choral aud_the church was tastetully decorated. The bride’s father gave her away. Mr. Tom Cannon junior was “best man.” The bride was married in a hunting habit of green cloth with gold hunt-buttons, black bowler hat and brown top-boots, and hunting-tie fastened with a massive diamond pin. Her ornaments were a gold letter bracelet, with bridegroom’s name connected by chains, and a gold horse shoe bracelet. She carried a gold-mounted hunting-crop, with bunch of real orange bloom affixed to it, the gifts ot her brother and sisters. There were four bridesmaids, Misses Lettice aud Mabel Canuon (sisters of the bride), Miss Elsie Martin (sister ol tne bridegroom), aud Miss Cooke. They wore “covert coats and skirts, aud scarlet waistcoats, with hunt buttons, brown boots aud spats, and white hunting-ties. The lather and brothers ol the bride wore hunt livery-green with gold buttons. The breaklast given at Danebury was very largely attended. The married couple left in the afternoon for the honeymoon tour. The presents, over 200, included several handsome cheques, articles of plate, etc., and a magnificent true-lovers’ knot bracelet from Mr. Leopold Rothschild.
