Dr. Campihell celebrated the marriage of Mr. James Monroe Mellis and Miss {X Alyce Maude Allen. . The ibridcgrooni s was supported by Mr. F. A. Galbraith, jl and the bridesmaid was Miss Dolly *l Nunn. 'Mr. Newton gave the bride ! away. Mr. Jesse Longiiold presided at 0 the organ, and played the wedding 0 march. The bride looked charming, X dressed in cream crepon trimmed with d white China silk with pearl pnssemen-G terie, veil and orange blossoms, and car-1 ried a shower bouquet of white chrv-11 santhemums. The bridesmaid wore 0 white French lawn, trimmed with laeo, and hat trimmed with purple and white, l» and carried a shower bouquet of pur-b pel and white chrysanthemums.' The n bridegroom’s gift to the briile was a •'* gold watch and chain, and to the bridesmaid a chased gold brooch. The « presents were numerous, showing the ’s popularity or the young couple.
