The road will run through Randolph, Jay, Blackford, Wells, Huntington, Allen, Whitley, Noble, Kosciusko. Elkhart, Marshall and St. Joseph counties to a point on the state line between the states of Indiana and Michigan north of the city of South Bend, an approximate distance of ISO miles.
