F, was killed at Verdun in 1918.Mrs. Litner testified that when she was 17. a high school student, she eloped and was married at Waukegan. She said she soon tired of mai-ried life and obtained a divorce. Within a few weeks she met and loved Mr. Lockerman. They were married before he left for Prance and hegave her his insurance policy. The jury held that since stie had paid the premiums .-he was entitled to the insurance. After Mr. l^ockerman’s death the widow married a thirdtime.
