Betts, WillettsMichelle Jane Betts and Joel Lee Willetts were married at 2P-m. Sept. 24, 1994, in First Unit-ed Methodist Church, Warren, Pa. The Rev. J. Paul Ciampa, se-. nior pastor, officiated at the double-ring ceremony.Parents of the couple are Rodney and Jane Betts of Warrenand John and Jean Willetts of New Castle.The bride wore a candlelightivory satin gown featuring a portrait collar, crystal sequin and pearl trimmed re-embroideredalencon lace, lace motifs, a satinback bow and ehapel-lengthtrain. A pearl crown held herpearl dotted, shoulder-length illusion veil. She carried a bouquet of ivory and light pink Lady Diana roses, stephanotis, baby’s breath and ivy. Intertwined in the flowers was a handkerchief that belonged to the bride’s late grandmother Rhea N. Betts.Lorraine Bonavita of Dayton, Ohio, was matron of honor for her sister. Bridesmaids were Britt Carter of Pittsburgh, Kristen Murphy, groom’s sister, Jennifer Kleffman of Pottsville, Pa., and Katie Lumley of Meadville.They wore purple crepe gowns with ivory Venice lace and ivory chiffon bows and also wore crowns of baby’s breath and purple statice with ivory ribbon streamers. They carried bouquets of roses, alstromeria and baby’s breath.Flower girl Linda Marie Betts wore a purple and cream floral print gown and a crown of baby’s breath. She carried a basket filled with alstromeria, pink miniature carnations and baby’s breath.Alan Collins was best man. Ushers were Abe Mengel, Joshua Balik and Chad and Todd Betts, bride’s brothers. Ringbearer Rudy Kwiatkowski carried an ivory lace pillow that belonged tothe bride’s late great-aunt Mildred E. Hindman.Music was provided by Paul Crouch, organist; Matthew Carlson, trumpeter; Jerry Johnson, guitarist; and Ed Carlson, soloist. Genine Johnson was liturgist. Todd Olson and Casey Nelsonwere acolytes.The couple’s unity candle arrangement was designed by Helen Blyth.A reception took place at the Woman’s Club of Warren. Hostesses were Lorraine B. Hunter, bride’s aunt of Palm Coast, Fla., and Tawni Betts. Aides were Scott Hunger, bride’s uncle of Palm Coast, Matthew Bonavita of Dayton and Julie Dilick.Showers were hosted by Mary Mayberry, Kristen Murphy, Karen Balik and Jean Willetts in New Castle; Susan Betts, Tawni Betts and Lorraine Bonavita; Julie Dilick and Melissa Larson; and Lily Suppa and the bride’s coworkers at Blair Corp.Bachelor parties were hosted by Todd Betts, Alan Collins and the groom’s co-workers at Betts Industries Inc.A rehearsal dinner was hosted by the groom’s parents at Oak-view Tavern Restaurant.After a trip to Sanibel Island, Fla., the couple resides in Warren.The bride, a graduate of Warren Area High School, earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration and marketing fromGrove City College. She is an assistant buyer in men’s merchandising at Blair Corp.Her husband, a graduate of Laurel High School, earned a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Grove City.
