Quiggle formerly of Pearl Street, Painesville. The Rev. Howard Davis officiated.The bride chose a street length lavender crepe gown with a high neckline and full length chiffon sleeves. It was trimmed in white pearls. Her white pearl pin and earrings were a gift of the bridegroom. She wore a corsage of pink and white carnationstrimmed with a lavender bow.Mrs. Alice Sinel served as matron of honor in a deep pink street length dress trimmed in pale pink lace.Richard H. Hervey Jr., acted as ring bearer for his mother’s wedding.Richard Quiggle, the bridegroom’s sonA reception for the family was held immediately following the ceremony. Later, a buffet luncheon was held in the church hall for 70 persons. A white and lavender cake was made and decorated by a friend of the bride, Mrs. Charles Estes. Three other friends, Mrs. Arthur Beifus, Mrs. Richard Daniels and Mrs. Joseph Shimko were in charge of the reception.The bridegroom is employed at Diamond-Shamrock Corp. in Fairport Harbor. The bride is employed by Sears-Roebuck Co., Mentor.
