Miss Trammel Weds MondayBill Slater, Local Girl Take Vows In Home Of Minister Who Performs Ring Service During AfternoonMiss BiUye Marie Trammel, 2112 Twenty-seventh street, and Bill Slater, 1402 Avenue L, were married at 1 p. m. Monday in a ring ceremony performed by the Rev. R. C. Campbell at his home, 1913 Broadway.The bride wore a blue fox crepe dress with black accessories, and carried red roses.Wedding guests were Mr. and Mrs. Joe Woods, Misses Ladlne Ragland and Julia Blackwell and Messrs, Lester Parker and Weston Parris.Mrs. Slater, a graduate of Lubbock High school, is a daughter of W. E. Trammel, Phillips Petroleum agent at Spur. Mr. Slater, who has lived here five years, is a son of C. L. Slater, New Hebron, Miss.After a short wedding trip to Belton, the couple will be at home at 1219 Main street.Mr. Slater is manager of tly? Silver Service station at 1219 Main street.
