YOUNG BRIDEGROOMRoscoe L. Replcgle and Miss Catherine Stevens, of Batavia, were united in marriage this morning at the office of the officiating justice, J. A. Ballard. Mr. Replogle is only 2« years of age and to secure a license it was necessary for him to have the consent of his parents, yet this is his second wedding.
