Schleu-ter, pastor, reading the ceremony.Mr. and Mrs. Marvin Pollock, Miss Loraine Killer, and David Bonern were attendants of the couple.Mrs. Likens, who is the daughter lt;r Mrs. R. E. Norwood of Abilene, i exas, is a graduate of the Hardin* Simmons Academy, and received a B. A. degree from the University of Texas at Austin, where' she was a member of the Alpha Delta Phi sorority.For a number of years, she was English and public speaking instructor in the Childress high school, and French instructor in the St. Hilda’s Hall in Charlestown, W. V .For the past several years, she ha d de vo ted her tire* t o d; re car n e plays over the United States, being in Tucumcari the past few weekr directing “Coast to Coast” that waspresented by the business men andwomen of this city last Mon ia and Tuesday evening when approximately 200 participated.Mr, Like? f h»' W. MLikens of Louisville, Ky. He attended college at Oakland City College in Indiana. For a number of years he was associated with shows, where he became quite a comedian.
