Miss Gladys Cole Becomes Brideon WednesdayThe wedding of Miss\ Gladys Cole, (laughter of Mr. and Mrs, Samuel Cole, to Elnar Chrfstoffersen, son of Mr, and Mrs. Ferdinand Chrlstof* fersen, took place 'Wednesday afternoon at 3:30 o'clock at the home of the bride's parents In Summit. The ceremony was' performed by the Rev. J. L. J. Dlxen of L.ud lug-ton.The home was decorated with pink gladioli and white asters and the bridal party made a beautiful picture before an improvised altar made lovely with a profusion of gladioli, asters and ferns over which a large white wedding bell was hung.The bride wore blue georgette over a pink satin slip. It was made bodice effect with a full skirt and was trimmed with rhinestones.She had as her only attendant, her sister, Olive, who wove orchid georgette over pink satin fashioned with a lace trimmed cape and with ruffles on the skirt. They both wore corsages of pink sweet, peas and baby breath.The groom was attended by his twin brother, Viggo ChristofferBon of Ludington.At the reception which followed the ceremony, covers were laid for 12. The bride’s table was centered with a four-tier wedding cake surmounted by a bride ami groom, over which was draped a flower trimmed arch. From this was suspended a white wedding-bell. Favors were pink’and white cups with tiny white hells suspended from the handles and the plneeeards were brides.Merlyne Beebe and Stella Cole assisted in serving the three-course supper to the guests.Amid showers of rice, tho vouugj couple hurried to the groom’s car and went north for a short trip. They will be at home after Sept. 3 at the F.
