Wills of the Root Family Filed.Bristol, Conn., Aug. 31.—The wills of C. J. Root, Mrs. Joel Root, Minnie I t and Miss Candace Roberts, who i death in an automobile accident two weeks ago Sunday, vrere filed for probate today. The different estates go to the surviving brother, Theodore Root and daughter, and will total $200,000. The bequest to the Bristol library by Miss Root will be contested by Theodore Root. Owing to all the parties passing away at the same time thiei ease is a complicated one.
