Harder-Jorja R. Harder became the bride of PFC Donald V. Casbon August 20, 1966, ai 7:00 PM in the Zion Lutheran Church at Dysart. Rev. Riggert officiated.Jorja Harder is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. N. A. Harder of La Pone City and the groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Vilah Casbon,La Porte City.Karen Dietz, friend of the bride was the maid of honor with Carolyn Schmitz as bridesmaid and Ranae Seize, niece of the groom, 'as flower girl.Best man was Peter Schmitz and Mike Schmitz was the groomsman. Randy Seize,nephew of the groom, was nng bearer.The bnde wore a floor length gown of pure silk organza veiled over taffeta andschiffli embroidery. It was fashioned with a scoop neckline, short sleeves, empire waistline, semi-sheath skin,a wa-teau court train cascaded from the shoulders made of matching embroidery. Her veil was of pure silk organza attached to a clusterCasbonof organza and Lace pearls with sprays of seed pearls and accented with a bow.Each of the brides attendants were dressed in powder blue dotted swiss veiled over taffeta. The gowns were designed with scoop neckline^ puff sleeves, empire waistline accented with velvet ribbons. Each of die attendants wore a pearl pendent, a gift of the bride.The bride's mother wore a blue crepe and lace ensemble with matching accessories while the groom's mother wore a three-piece suit with marching accessories. Both wore corsages of pink roses.The bride carried a cascade arrangement of pink roses with lilly of the valley and stephanotis. The attendants carried wrist-type ball arrangements of blue and white snow drift mums.PFC Casbon is stationed at Fort Banning, Georgia, and the bride recently graduated from Gates College. The couple will make their home in Columbus, Ohio.
