Weinland, pastor of the church, officiated before the altar decorated with two seven-branched candelabra, palm-s and vases of white flowers.A half hour program of wedding music was presented by Miss Mildred Mencer, organist, and Mrss Carole Arnold, vocalist.The bride, who was given in marriage by her father, wore a waltz - length dress of white silk fashioned with white Venus lace surrounding the Sabrina neckline, with long sleeves tapering to points over the wrists. The dress had a fitted bodice and a full skirt. Her shoulder-length veil was held by a crown of Venus lace and pearls. She carried a white Bible topped with a white orchid surrounded by i white roses with white satin steam-j ers entwined with rose buds and 1 pearls. The bride wore a diamond j and pearl pendant, a gift of the bridegroom.Mrs. James Fields, Warsaw, was ; her sister’s matron of honor and Miss Pat Butler, Newcomerstown, was bridesmaid. West Lafayette, cousinof the bride, served as flower girl.The matron of honor was attired in mint green princess style dress ^ with 'matching accessories and s carried a colonial bouquet of yel-1 low roses. The bridesmaid wore a j gold princess style dress with gold jaccessories and carried a bouquet of mint green roses and white lace. A white princess style frock was worn by the flower girl who carried yellow rase petals in a dainty basket.James Fields served Mr. Siegel as best man. Ushers were Larry Layman, Warsaw, Jack Ferrell, Wooster, and Jim Shaffer, Newcomerstown. Mark Norris, Warsaw, cousin of the bride, was ring bearer.For her daughter's wedding Mrs. Young chose a blue lace dre?s with white accessories and wore a corsage of white roses. The mother of the bridegroom wore a black linen dress with white accessories and a shoulder corsage of white roses.A reception for 75 guests followed rhe ceremony in the church parlors. Ivy with yellow roses sur-lrounded Hie punch bowl and the three-tiered wedding cake centered the bride’s table. Hostesses were Mrs. Louise McKee, Mrs. Roberta Rehard, Miss Delores Carter and Miss Beverly Lowe.
