The Arcadia M e t h o d i s 1 Church was the scene of the marriage of Miss Ann Graumlich to W. Gary Leathers at 10:30 a.m. Saturday.The Rev. Curtis Leigh, pastor of the Vanlue and McCutchcn-ville Methodist Churches, of-IA 1w ficiated at the double ring2' ceremony performed before ans’ altar graced with two vases ofs’ yellow gladioli and white porn-n pons. Family pews weremarked with white satin bows. in Miss Jean Graumlich of Tif-fin, cousin of the bride, fur-^ nished a prelude of weddingmusic, including “Reflections,” “Contemplation,” “Le Deum,”“Poem,” “Reverie,” “Varia-s‘ tions on a Theme,” “St. Antony’s Chorale” as the processional and “Trumpet Voluntary in D Major” as the recessional.The bride is the (laughter of'l Mr. and M r s. C'h a r 1 e sGraumlich, Route 2, Fostoria.Mr. and Mrs. Warren Leathersleof Arcadia are the bridegroom’srparents.e Given in marriage by herfather, the bride wore a floorlength sheath of crepe with ascoop neckline, long pointedsleeves and an Alencon lacechapel train bordered with\ crepe and held at the shoulders stof the gown with bows. Lace accented the empire bodice.Her shoulder length silk illusion veil was held by a lace cap with an underlay of crepe and accented with seed pearls. She carried a French bouquet of white butterfly roses with white satin ribbon.Miss Stuart Webster ofFayette, Iowa, was the matron of honor, and the bridesmaids were Miss Sue Graumlich, sister of the bride, and Miss KarenFox, both of Route 2, Fostoria.The attendants wore identical floor length gowns of royal blue satin styled with sheath skirts, scoop necklines and elbowlength sleeves. Beaded trim accented the empire waistlines,and satin bows and back of the gowns.Their matching headpieces were three-tiered bows. Each carried a single yellow rose with green satin leaves. Their jewelry was' pearl earrings presented to them by the bride.Michael Leathers of Ft. Campbell,/Kentucky, served as his brother’s best man. Ushers were TonxGraumlich, Route 2. FostoriaV brother of the bride, and Larry Herbert, Tiffin, cousin of the bride.For her daughter’s weddingMrs. Graumlich chose a three-piece- knit suit of moss green and white complimented with black accessories and a corsage of yellow carnations and roses. Mrs. Leathers wore a yellow coal dress, black accessories, and a corsage of tangerine carnations and roses.A reception was held in the church fellowship hall immeditcly following the ceremony. In charge of the reception were Mrs. Kenneth Fox of Route 2. Fostoria, and Mrs. Joel Dennis of Kansas.A three - tiered cake decorated in blue and. white and topped with white roses and blue frcnched carnations and baby breath was encircled with fernthe bride’s parents’ reception twenty - six years ago on Aug. 23 and the attendants’ bouquets also; decorated the t a h I e. Arrangements of vcliow roses were placed around the room.The servers included Mrs. Thomas Meyer of Brookville, Mrs. John O’Dell, Route 2, Fostoria: Mrs. David Moore, Fostoria, and Miss Trudy Graumlich of Tiffin..Mrs. Ed Schoona maker of Marion, cousin of the bride,Kentucky; Arcadia, Fostoria, Findlay. Toledo, Tiffin; Marion, Kansas, Brookville, McCutchen-ville and Wharton. Mrs. Bonford Talbcl Jr. of Tiffin was in charge of the gift book.For the wedding trip the bridechose an A-line knit jacket dressof antique green and blackaccessories. After Thursday thecouple will be at home in Erie, 1 w Mich.The new* Mrs. Leathers is a 1961 graduate of Arcadia High School and graduated from Bowling Green State University. She was a fourth and fifth grade teacher at Longfellow School, Fostoria, and will teach junior high school mathematics atMr. Leathers, a graduate of Rio Grande High School, graduated from Findlay College and was employed at the Central Junior High School in Findlay. He will teach senior high school chemistry and biology at Mason.His parents entertained the rehearsal party with a buffet supper Friday evening in their home!
