Pa., where he will attend Pena State University.Mrs. Baldy attended Wheeling College after her graduation from St. Joseph’s Academy and has been employed at the First National Bank and Trust Co. in Elm Grove. Her husband, an alumnus of Charleston Catholic High School, has a B. S. degree in business administration.
