Miss Marian Sirowy Weds Robt. MalatektAn event of Tuesday, August 10, was the marriage of Miss Marian Sirowy, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Milo Sirowy of Fairfax, and Mr. Robert . Malatek, son of Mr. and Mrs. Ru-*H dolph Malatek of Cedar (Rapids. The., singe ring ceremony was ^.performed toy the Rev. Ludwig Burian at 2 o’clock in the afternoon at the Bohe/nian Reformed church, Ely, IowaAttending the couple were Mrs. George Malatek, matron of honor, Mrs. Harold Sirowy as bridesmaid, and Mr. George Malatek, as best .man, and Harold Sirowy. Ardis Ellen Shupi-tar, a cousin of the bride, was flower girl with Darlene fSirowy and Margaret Novak, psherettes.Given in marriage toy her father, the 'bride wore white/satin, fashioned on 'princess lines and a slight train. Her long, close fitting sleeves were shirred, and her finger-tip veil of illusion net was held in place with a tiara ot tiny seed pearls. Her bouquet was of white gladioli and Johanna Hill roses..Mrs. Malatek’s gown was of pale blue silk with applique lace on the ful skirt. 'She carried a bouquet of Colonial flowers. Mrs. Harold Sirowy as bridesmaid, ' wore a gown of pale pink, styled- the same as the mptrpn of honor, and carried Colonial iSdwers!’ They each wore a necklace of pearls, a gift of the bHde.. The usheretts wore gowns of coral rose taffeta trimmed in blue.
