Billings went to Waterloo yesterday afternoon, visited the office of the clerk of the courts, secured the.requisite license 'enabling them to wed, went to the home of Hev.JE. G. Gat-term ole and there plighted their throths, which united them for life, for better or worse, and , their friends hope it will be for the better. These young people are . deservedly popular among their friends and as-soieaies. The groom is the sbn of M. L. ■ Nicholson, who has charge of the local office of the Corn Bolt Tele-phone company, and the bride is. the daughter of Frank Billings, a well known resident of Hudsoul Their marriage was witnessed by only a few relatives and friends.
