Shower Compliments Miss Kathleen SmithGarden flowers enhanced the entertaining rooms at the home of Miss Kathleen Smith, 511 Tanguy street, for the. lovely pre-nuptia] shower given by Miss June Ann Cchee, .Miss Estie Brammcr and [Mrs. Donna Lou .Smith.Blue and white crepe paper umbrellas encircled the archway and streamers of blue and’ white were suspended between with rice filled balloons attached to them.As the guest of honor opened her gifts the balloons were punctured and a shower of rice descended.Contests were enjoyed with prizes being won by Miss Dorothy Goldsbury, Miss Jane Stafford and Mias Doris Jean Cohee.Guests -were served refreshments of ice cream with rose decorated cakes, mints, nuts and .iced tea.Invited guests were: Misses June Stafford, .Margaret Gotsball, Evelyn Nelson, Doris Jean Cohee, Dorothy Goldsbury, Margaret Unger, Sue Richardson, Betty Prather, Ruth Wertz and Hazel Wilson,Mary Lou Wilson, Wanda Wilson, Kathy Shaffer, Sue Ann Shaffer, Rosalie Ruschkofski, Judy Lawrence, Clarice Ward and Bessie Beck.Also, the Mesdames Peggy Johnson, Ruby Beck, Bess Logan,.Nell Flanigan, Marie Ward and, son, .Beverly Smith, and son, Mahala Stephens, Lucy Powlen, Pat Law'-rence, Elva Wilson, Mildred - Lis-jton, Jack Poisehkofski, Jeanette Shaffer, Jerry Jarks, Mildred Snider, Minnie Ward and Grace Smith.
