Vande Stouwe, Zomer united in marriage August 1Myra Beth Vande Stouwe and Dale Evan Zomer were united in marriage Saturday, August 1, 1992, at 3 p.m. at The Netherlands Reformed Church, Rock Valley with the Rev. John den Hoed officiating.Parents of the couple are William and Gertrude Vande Stouwe, Inwood, Iowa and John and Sophia Zomer, Doom Jowa. Grandparents of the couple are Effie Van Ginkel and Sophia Roskam, Rock Valley, Iowa and Jake and Jennie Rus, Corsica, South Dakota.Matron of Honor was Cheryl Driesen, sister of the bride. Bridesmaids were Nancy Van Otterloo, sister of the bride and Twila Van Beek, cousin of the bride. Danica Van Beck, niece of the groom, was the couple’s flowergirl. Hie bride's personal attendants wereof die bride.Best Man was Calvin Zomer, brother of the groom. Groomsmen were Henry and John Zomer, brothers of the groom. Jason Vande Stouwe, nephew of thebride was the couple's Ring bearer. Ushers were Todd Vande Stouwe, brother of the bride, and Jay Van Voorst, cousin of the groom.Following the ceremony, a dinner reception was held at the Netherlands Reformed School.After a wedding trip to Poconos, Pennsylvania and New York City, the couple will reside in Sioux Falls, So. Dak. Myra is employed with Gage Brothers, Inc. and is attending the University of South Dakota. Dale is employed with Medi Health Products and the Bank of New York Credit Card
