| Gulley—Stumpf j Wedding SaturdayMiss Patricia Ann Gulley, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. William H. Gulley, 108 N. 4th Street, Dupo, and James R. Stumpf, son of Mr. and Mrs. Walter Stumpf, R.R. 1, Columbia, were married in a double ring ceremony at 6:30 p.m.,Saturday, August 14, at St. Paul United Church of Christ in Columbia. The Rev. Gerhard A. Friz, D.D., officiated before an altar adorned with bouquets of pink, yellow, blue and white carnations. '/-V •The bride, given in marriage by her father, chose a long gown of white silk organza fashioned with a short sleeve bodice accented with motifs of embrodiered lace. The lace trim was repeated in the floor length dome skirt and sweeping train. Her pure silk illusion veil was secured by a silk organza pillbox. She carried a cascade shaped bouquet of white starfire carnations centered with an orchid.Mrs. Earl Gummersheimer, sister of the bride, was matron of honor. She was dressed in a floor length gown of blue silk fashioned with elbow length sleeves. Her semi-train was secured by a petite bowr at the back. Her blue—RCE Studiobouffant veil was secured by a forward circlet of matching beaded silk flowers. She carried a bouquet of yellow and white pom-pons.Bridesmaids were Miss Doris Guilford, cousin of the bride and Mrs. Arthur Marzano, sister of the groom. They were dressed in gowns identical to that of the matron of honor in pastel shades of yellow and pink. They carried bouquets of carnations tintedyellow and pink.Earl Gummersheimer served as best man. Groomsmen were Dennis Gulley and Arthur Marzano. Curtis Wiechert and Gene Stumpf were ushers.Ronnie Koblitz, friend of the bride, was the soloist. He was accompanied by Mrs. Alvin Klein at the organ and sang, ‘'Because” and “The Lord’s Prayer.”Following the wedding a reception was held at the Sugar Loaf Township Building in Dupo.The bride in a 1965 graduate of Dupo Community High School and is employed at Transit Casually Company of St. Louis. The bridegroom is a 1964 graduate of Southern Illinois University at Carbondale and is a farmer.The couple is residing on R.R. I, Columbia.
