When the news of (he surrender reached his ship four dayslater, it did a complete about faceand headed back to Boston.As a result Capt. Laudenslager is arriving at nis parents nomo this evening on a thirty day furlough. He was met by his wife a“ Indiantown Gap yesterday.The Dublin officer, who has been in the Army for two years, servedin the European Theatre of War and has two battle stars. At the conclusion of his furlough he will report to Camp Butner, N. C., for reassignment.
