Wehrmacher of Morton Grove. 111., August 4.The 7:30 p.m. ceremony took place in the Plainfield Methodist church with Rev. Wayne K. Kamm officiating.Richard Reams, soloist, wasaccompanied by Mrs. JaniceFritcher. He sang “O, Per feet Love” and “Wedding Prayer”.The bride was given in marriage by her father. She wore a floor-length gown 01 illusion crepe over peau de soie. The bodice was covered with lace and featured lace bell sleeves. The detachable lace train fell from the back bodice. Her elbow length veil fell from a crown of seed pearls and mock orange blossoms. Her bridal bouquet was yellow roses and stephanotis.Miss Mary Gammelin of Appleton. Wis., was maid of honor and Miss Karen Wehrmacher of Morton Grove was bridesmaid. They wore long yellow gowns and carried bouquets of yellow and white daisies. The flower girls were the Misses Brenda Peters and Tammara Peters, both of Plainfield. They wore dresses identical to the bride’s atten dants and each carried baskets of yellow and white daisies.James Wehrmacher of Mor ton Grove was best man and Richard K. Lewis of IowaCity was groomsman. Ushers were Arlan Peters, of Buffalo, N.Y., and Edward Rickert of Hoffman Estates, 111.Mrs. Peters chose a two-piece mint green ensemble for her daughter's wedding and she wore mint and white accessories. Mrs Wehrmacher wore a beige suit with white and beige accessories. Both mothers had corsages of white and yellow daisies.Following the ceremony a reception was held in the church social room.THE BRIDE is a 1967 graduate of Wartburg College and will teach in Waverly this fall. Mr. Wehrmacher is a metallurgy laboratory technician at John Deere Waterloo Tractor Works and will be a senior at Wartburg College.Following a w'edding trip, the couple will be at home at 204 7th Ave., southwest, in Waverly.
